New Homes Energy Advisor and Energy Modeller Commitment & Public Search Tool Information It is a requirement that each New Homes Energy Advisor or Energy Modeller wishing to be listed on the New Homes Energy Advisor and Energy Modeller search tool complete this form. Please complete all required fields, except fields marked “if applicable” which are optional.I declare that I have met, and will abide by, the following requirements for the Program-Qualified Energy Advisor (PQEA) designation for New Homes. I am either: A registered EnerGuide Rating System (ERS) energy advisor in good standing with a licensed service organization and qualified as an ERS v15 energy advisor (for new homes); An energy modeller with training and experience to provide all of the services I will list in the Services Offered sections of this Commitment Form. I possess general liability, errors and omissions insurance and understand that I may be subject to verification checks at any time to verify my insurance; I commit to participate in future PQEA New Homes program updates and as required update my information in this commitment form; I confirm that PQEA initiative partners can contact the relevant training, registration or certification body to confirm that I have completed the required training; If I am an EnerGuide Rating System registered energy advisor, I confirm that NRCan can provide the PQEA initiative partners with information on my ERS v15 status and consent to NRCan and its partners making the information publicly available; I understand that I can be removed from this list.
